Our final Club of the Month award of 2020 goes to the Morris Marina Owners Club & Morris Ital Register!

Started in 1984 by Frank Philips and Clive Higgins, in the year that the last Morris Ital was built, the Club has supported owners of the Morris Marina, Ital and all of its derivatives with its mission statement to ‘Inform –Preserve - Drive – Enjoy.’

The Clubs’ aim is to recognise the place of the Marina and Ital in all of its derivatives in motoring history and with currently over 300 members across the globe, it is going from strength to strength. To help ensure the survival of this popular and successful model, the Club organises club shows, road runs and other events as well as stands at major classic car shows within the UK, including the Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show, where members' cars are displayed.

There are a range of benefits to joining the club, and these include:

• Access to technical advice,
• Established relationships with key parts and service suppliers
• Access to the Clubs’ program of re-manufacturing numerous spare parts including body panels and cooling system hoses in order to assist with preservation of these vehicles
• Quarterly colour A5 magazine called Understeer which includes owner interviews, informative features and creative photography
