June Club of the Month: X1/9 Owners Club

Our June Club of the Month is celebrating its 35th birthday this year, as in May 1984 the club was born! It followed an informal get-together of five X1/9's at the Castle Combe racing circuit in Wiltshire, and the club exists to bring together X1/9 enthusiasts, to share experiences and to promote understanding and enjoyment of X1/9 motoring.
A committee, elected from the membership at the A.G.M., guides the Club and looks after its' day to day running in their own free time and all members are encouraged to take an active role in the Club. The X1/9 Owners Club takes part in numerous events throughout the year, including Supercar Fest at the historic Shelsey Walsh and Bedford Classic this summer.
There are two tiers for member; the full membership where you receive the clubs’ Icsunonove monthly magazine and the web-only option (which doesn’t receive the magazine). Benefits of being a member can include:
