Lancaster Insurance to make Stanford Hall VW show debut

On Sunday 6th May, Volkswagens will be out in full force for the annual Stanford Hall VW Show. Celebrating its 42nd year, Lancaster Insurance will be attending the event for the first time, which is organised by the Volkswagen Owners’ Club.
The event’s emphasis is to put on a great display of classic unmodified Volkswagens of all types, whether air-cooled or water-cooled. The show includes a twenty class Concours d’Elegance, around 150 VW-oriented Trade Stands, displays by a variety of regional and marque-based VW Clubs and a convoy arrival of up to 200 Split Screen Type 2’s of all kinds.
On the classic car insurance specialist stand will be a fabulous 1981 VW Golf GTI Mk1 and attendees will be able to enter a free prize draw to be the new owner. Running till 30th November, people who can’t attend the show can still enter the draw at: www.lancasterinsurance.co.uk/winacar/entryform
