Lancaster Insurance Pride of Ownership

After a successful debut last year, the Pride of Ownership display is back at this year’s Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show with a bang. With new sponsors, Lancaster Insurance, on board the show is once again inviting privately owned classics to take part in the popular display for classic cars at the show in November. Cars of all ages will be considered – from pre-war to the noughties and if last year is anything to go by, a great variety will be showcased.

Richard Morley, Operations Director at Lancaster Insurance, comments: “We sponsored the display at the recent Restoration show in March, and saw first-hand the passion and enthusiasm owners have for their classics. We’re looking forward to seeing the entries for the area at the Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show in November, and hearing the incredible stories behind them.”

Owners are invited to submit details of their cars and pictures to the Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show’s Features Director Andrea Seed by email to andrea@poppyseedmedia.co.uk as soon as possible as space is extremely limited and highly sought after.

There is no criteria as such for the car applications but the organisers are looking for the most rare, most unusual and the most cherished. The standard of the car is obviously important but for us, the passion of the owner and the journey the car and driver have been on is equally appealing. It will be tough to decide which cars join us so we’ll be calling on industry experts for their help and advice.
