Lancaster Insurance supports new National Car Club awards

Classic car insurance specialist, Lancaster Insurance, has once again shown its commitment to the car club community, by supporting the new National Car Club awards. The insurer has announced its sponsorship of two categories at the prestigious awards ceremony, ‘National Car Club of the Year’ and ‘National Car Club Winners Awards: (Best of the Best).
The new awards will run alongside the Practical Classics Restoration & Classic Car Show 2016, and will take place at the NEC on Saturday 5th March. The contenders have all been nominated by the public and the lucky shortlist will be announced on 5th February 2016.
The event plans to celebrate the great achievements of car clubs and acknowledge the huge contribution their members make to the classic car scene. There are 16 categories in total and the panel, made up of FBHVC chairman David Whale, Classic Car Weekly editor Keith Adams, Practical Classics editor Danny Hopkins, Deputy Editor of Tourism Ireland David Boyce and event director Daniel Nwaokolo, will have a tough decision whittling the nominees down.
