Lancaster Insurance supports BC Cars Motorsport team in the 2016 season

Lancaster Insurance is thrilled to be extending its support of the ‘BC Cars Motorsport team’ for another season, following last year’s successful outing.
The classic car insurance specialist is cementing its strong association with club racing and MX-5s by sponsoring the team, who are currently competing in the BRSCC Mazda MX-5 Championship and the 750 Motor Club ‘MX-5 Cup’.
Founding team member and current champion, Brian Chandler recently passed the baton to his ten fellow drivers after deciding to retire from the championships but will remain a key figure, heading up both teams.
Richard Morley, Operations Director at Lancaster Insurance, commented: “We’re passionate about club activities and MX5s, with a specialist insurance scheme for the model and long standing partnership with the MX-5 Owners Club. It’s exciting to be involved with the team for another year and we’re confident that Brian will use his wealth of experience to help steer the teams to achieve their goals of high table positions.”
Brian Chandler commented: “We’re pleased with how the season is going so far and delighted to have Lancaster Insurance back on board. Even though I’ll be racing another model this year, I’ll be supporting the team every turn, on and off the track and hope once again for the team to be victorious.”
